Open Positions
We are seeking a journeyman-level Lead Carpenter to manage framing, finish carpentry, trim, and sub-contractor details for residential custom estates. You will oversee a crew of 2-4 and ensure all details satisfy our architectural plans.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years general carpentry experience
- Expert knowledge of structural blueprints, concrete framing, and wood trimming
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Must own basic carpentry hand and power tools
- OSHA 10 or 30 safety certificate preferred
Support our project directors in scheduling, municipal permitting, budget auditing, material order tracking, and client correspondence. You will use Gantt charting software to monitor critical-path timelines and coordinate inspections.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field
- 2-4 years construction site coordination experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and scheduling platforms
- Excellent communication and contract drafting skills
- Active OSHA 30 certification is a plus
Responsible for reviewing blueprints, conducting quantity surveys (materials takeoff), and compiling bids for outpatient clinics, retail spaces, and multi-tenant structural developments. You will collaborate with suppliers to lock in pricing.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years estimating experience in commercial construction
- Advanced capability in ProEst, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff systems
- Robust network of regional subcontractors and materials suppliers
- Strong negotiation and analytical budgeting capabilities
- Strong understanding of ADA compliance and building fire codes
